When we were sat at the table the waiter was very unprofessional and did not greet us. After we ordered an appetizer the waiter asked if we were going to order food or just sit there and hang out. The food was ok but the prices were out of this world for what it was. The server gave us no respect and gave snarky remarks. We were most likely being judged by the way that we were dressed, but should not receive bad service because of it. When I spoke to the manager about it he blew off what I told him and did not try to make anything right. I am very disappointed in the whole experience and would not suggest dining at this establishment.

Growing up in an Italian household, I've eaten my fair share of Italian food. I've been to several other Italian restaurants in Chicago but to me, Petterinos is the best. Pasta is made in house and you can tell. The sauce is very well seasoned and tastes homemade. The servers are very attentive and friendly. If you're in the mood for good Italian food, you can't go wrong here.

you pay dearly for the amount of food you serve, little by little, it seems that the children also asked for parmesan cheese and never with the cheese. Look for better options.

Great location, delicious food, service on top. The steak was actually so good that I don't know if I tried better before ... Cute atmosphere, good wine.

They do - it's $16 and it's at least a 20-30 min wait for your car when a show lets out. Also be prepared to have payment and tip. Handed my money and it was assumed that the change was tip. I probably would have tipped the change, but there is no option given otherwise.
No was there at Dinner.
Google has them listed. :)
If you're going for dinner after the show, 5:15 if they have the space still.
Yes I valet parked and then went to the show. $16
Its a big restaurant. We went in before a play without reservations and were able to be seated at a table.
Yes. Just enter through the restaurant, turn to right and enter the Goodman through the restaurant, it's has doors leading to the lobby.
I believe they ARE open until at least 9 to 10pm daily.
Lettuce does not do that. I do not know of they retain residual value.
Less than a half a block! Perfect place to eat before or after a show..
I would check with the Goodman Theater to get the time of the final curtain. Since Petterino's is attached to the restaurant you can make a reservation for right after the final curtain.
There are multiple parking garage options around Petterino's restaurant in downtown Chicago. The restaurant also offers a valet parking option. I'm not aware of any parking discount options through Petterino's, unless you take advantage of any SpotHero parking offers in the area. Enjoy your visit at Petterino's Chicago downtown!
