Absolutely the best fair! So many different things to check out. The variety of booths, animals, people is a must see. All kinds of scheduled shows and events. Free parking available with a shuttle. So many food options that are a must before you leave: Tex's lemonade, 4-H milkshake, cheese on a stick, gryro, etc! Love seeing all the earthmoving machines, firetrucks, carnival rides/games. The art booths are fun to admire the local talent. Amazing community and a great display of the county. You must check out THE Great Geauga County Fair.

I believe the discounts apply on Thursday, but mostly half off on rides is the only thing that comes to mind

Friday is the halter show. It starts at 9 and goes usually till 1 or 2. Saturday is the fun show and usually the 8 horse hitch exhibition. Tooons to learn about that. The driving/hitch classes are sunday and monday they start about 9 and go till 2 or 3 both days. Monday has more of the bigger hitches, Including the jaw dropping 6 horse hitch

I'm not exactly sure where but they have parking attendants that guide you to parking spaces so I'm sure that guide you to where the motorcycles
Fairgrounds open at 9 am and closes at midnight. Our buildings are open 10 am - 10 pm
The Veterans display and on Friday veterans are free all day.

There is not...but the hot air balloons will usually all launch within a few mins of each other. I've gotten to see it a couple times, it's a pretty cool sight. (How often do you get to watch over a dozen of them lift off at once?) Usually plan for around 7pm on that night.
Friday, August 31, 2018 is Senior Day - 65 and older free admission to the fair and there is a special “senior hangout” sponsored by UH Geauga with refreshments available from 9 am - 2 pm.
For animal you can have multiple. For non-animal, one per class.You can exhibit in as many classes as you want on one exhibitor ticket. For animal, there are fees for each class according to the department. Let me know if you have more questions! Thanks, Meg
