This Hardee's is horrible, it actually deserves zero stars. Stopped there a couple of weekends ago for 3 chocolate milkshakes, took at least 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive through, then when I got to the window they only had 2 milkshakes. There were 4 or 5 employees behind the counter and they all looked lost, the employee at the drive through window spit either on the floor or in the trash can while we were waiting (another 5 minutes) for milkshakes, this made my wife nauseous. Will not go back.

Terrible experience. We saw a worker walk out with a milkshake and then we got to the speaker and saw muiltiple cars drive off . We sat at the speaker for 5 mins and nothing was said to us . We then pulled up to the window to order only to be ignored and them take the next persons order behind us . He then said he wasn’t at the speaker because he was being fussed at by a costumer and this was the manager . He then proceeded to say he wasn’t supposed to take our order at the window but he would do it this time . We then ordered our food just for him to say they were out of milkshakes after we just saw a worker leave with one minutes before . Then the manager just stood at the window texting while our food sat there . They need new management

Likely the worst experience at a Hardee's I have ever had. From the rude workers, to the horrible quality of food and lackluster sanitation score, it is clear that this location is owned and managed by incompetence.

Like a Hardee's when I get fast food (Which is not that often)...today was a little different. Got down the road about a mile before I was able to stop at a light, put a straw in the drink and check out the omlette breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was cold and the "unsweetened tea" was sweet. Not a great start to the morning!
