I say in the pharmacy drive-through for 90 min last week, on a Friday night starting at 8:30pm. The other time I used the drive-through, it took a little more than 30 min. These are two hours of my life I’ll never get back. If I could use mail-order I certainly would but it’s not an option for my type of RX. The pharmacy line inside the store is usually 7-10 people deep and takes about an hour or more—I’ve tried at different times of the day and it doesn’t change. The icing on the cake is that the pharmacy never answers the phone anymore so if there’s a discrepancy, the only way is to go to the store in person and wait in line, even if it’s in regards to something basic. If you’re new to the area or looking for a new pharmacy, please don’t use the San Carlos Walgreens or even the Walgreens chain at all, as other stores are bad too.

The pharmacy is randomly closed throughout the day and so far has not been open mid day on 3 occasions. The store workers generally don't care and pretty rude to anyone asking for help. Why has this location not been shut down?

Horrible staff at the pharmacy, and the vaccination reservation is a joke. Everyone had to wait over 1+1/2 hours past the reserved time, and no one explained why or say sorry. When I asked what was taking so long, the person at the check in snapped at me saying she'd been working hard all day. Yeah sure, but then why take reservation at all? What a joke. Hopefully never have to deal with them ever again.

I feel so bad for these pharmacy employees!! They are so understaffed. Give these poor workers some help. Angry customers mistreating them for what is completely out of their control. No one working so hard especially in healthcare deserves such stressful work shifts!!!!
