Very busy but they pushed people through quickly. Egg was a little under cooked and runny in our McMuffin's but it didn't bother us enough to try and return it. Hash browns were nice and hot.

Asked for no pickles on my to-go big mac. Get back on the road to open my burger and have no cheese, lettuce, sauce or anything that makes it a big mac. Just a burger and onions in a bun. Chicken nuggets were rubber and fries were cold. Awful.

Horrible service. I walk in and was told to use the Touch screen to order. There was no one at the counter to take your order. The system is very cumbersome and at the end when I get ready to pay there’s some sort of glitch or maybe I just did something wrong. In any case it was like pulling teeth to get someone to come give me some help. There were other customers having trouble ordering this way. Finally a manager comes out and takes orders the old fashion way. I do have to say once the manager came out he was very positive apologetic and made things happen! Unfortunately it was just a little too late I speak for myself and probably five other customers that was in the restaurant at the time. I wish I got that managers name because he is definitely a shining star!

Stopped on the way home from DC to SC. Fast and friendly service!! Staff truly worked as a team, bathrooms were very clean, and food was well made and accurate. An older gentleman made sure our fries were fresh and made sure we had ketchup/napkins for the road. Such a nice experience! Definitely bookmarking it for future road trips!!
