Brian Phat went above and beyond replacing the battery on my 1994 Nissan pickup. The old battery was... old. 10 years old, to be exact. When he went to switch it out with the new battery, the terminals broke. Brian spent more than an hour making repairs. During that time, he was never cross or acted annoyed. I appreciate him and the service he provided.

Stopped by here for some windshield wiper blades bc I was preparing to travel back to NY soon, the woman that helped me out (Heather) was sweet as pie, grabbed what I needed quickly & even put them on for me ❤️ So grateful for that bc I would have been out there for hours 😅

Website shows they have an item on the website to find out its a lie. Employees including management slow and a joke. Female walking around looks right at me standing at the counter and keeps walking. The young male is trying to zip up his sweater, looks at me at the counter and continues to mess with the zipper. The older male is having a conversation with a guy about getting eye surgery and never having to wear glasses again. The young male finally comes to the counter but across from where um standing and says "i can help whomever is next". I look and im the only one at the counter. I show him the part online that shows its in stock and he asks to see the part so I show it to him and he walks off with my phone. I ask for the phone back and he gives it back then walks away. He returns and leans against the counter staring at the female worker. He then decides to walk towards her and they go to the back. After a few minutes they return but with 3 cameras that look nothing like what i showed him. The female looks at me and says "we don't stock that item but if you come back in 2 days we can get it for you". I ask "then why look at the computer dazed and confused and come back with 3 boxes that look nothing like what I'm asking for. Obviously it shows you have it because if you didn't have it, I wouldn't still be standing here". The female employee says "it will be here in 2 days". I tell them "no need because I'm not coming back here to shop again. Obviously inventory is not correct". At least the Nashville AutoZone store has what they show they have online in inventory.

Really nice employees that helped me get the right stuff for my car! North was really nice and made sure my car was good before I left. 10/10 would recommend this store.
