I had a great experience. Every person that I had contact with was professional and friendly. The wait was a little more than I expected for a rotation, I must of come at the wrong time. Next time I'll make an appointment.

The team at Discount Tire were amazing. They waited half an hour after closing just for my wife to arrive with a blown tire, limping along on the spare, and far from home. They went above and beyond to get her a new set of tires, were polite, provided quick clean service, at a fair price. I've used them many times before and will not hesitate to again. All personnel who stayed late deserve a huge THANK YOU. One more shout out - my wife would not have made it to Discount Tire without the help of an Airborne Ranger from Ft. Bragg, who stopped and helped put on the spare, so another huge THANK YOU. These are the kind of people that make America Great. Thank you for Serving your neighbor.

I’ve used the services here on more than one occasion and when I say these guys are the best in Wilson, I mean it. I’ve had unpleasant experiences with both Mr. Tire on Forest Hills and the Toyota dealer on Raleigh Road Parkway. At Mr. Tire I was told that a nail in the tire couldn’t be patched and I would need to purchase a new tire. I took my vehicle for a second opinion to Discount Tire and they checked the tire and patched it for free. Later on when I needed to purchase new tires, I took my vehicle in for servicing to The Toyota dealer and received a quote for 4 new tires. I was quoted somewhere north of $500 for the tires, went to Discount Tires and was able to get comparable tires for $100 dollars less than the dealer.I understand that the dealer prices would be higher, but I’ve been a customer at this dealer for almost 10 years and have bought several cars from them. I do not feel like I am an appreciated customer at the dealer. I do feel appreciated at Discount Tires. Everyone that I interacted with at Discount Tires was pleasant. I have referred both my husband and my mother to Discount.
