Rude customer service. Asked them to put light ice in my drink and she said they can not do that. Lol what kind of customer service is that? I laughed it off in confusion lol these kids now a days make me nervous for our future lol

Clean good service but my sandwich was only average. Curly fries were good but too many small pieces.

We tend to stick with the classic roast beef in a meal with the curly fries or crinkle fries or chicken strips in a meal. The sliders are really good too. Their chocolate shakes are definitely really good
,drive thru with masks. Also, I believe some are ordering online or by phone and they'll bring it out to your vehicle!
Not sure, hopefully their food will improve. I came from TX and the Arbys here don't come close to what they serve there. Here they are tight on the meat and the order is always wrong. I won't go back.
