What a great hotel. Location is awesome. Restaurants and grocery store are within walking walking distance. Go across the street in the AM they have complimentary coffee and donuts :-) Not far from bixby bridge, Partington cove, coast cafe, nepenthe restaurant (all things I did while I was there) Rooms are very nice in the Adobe Motor Lodge. HEATED FLOORS, in the bathroom!!! Whaaaaaat. Fireplace in the room was awesome. Wi-Fi is great. No service for T-Mobile and Verizon so the Wi-Fi comes in handy. Fireplace is cute and the hotel provided unlimited supplies of s’mores! So enjoy that. The email they sent during booking is so helpful, read it. I did.

We attempted to stay here for two nights but after we drove 6 hours with our 2 year old, we were told by the lady at the front desk “we won’t put you out on the street but you can’t stay here with a toddler. It’s not our vibe. Our vibe is to come stay here when you have a babysitter” so she quickly found us a cabin at Big Sur campground down the street like I’m sorry there is no where on the website that says no kids or adult only but she refused to listen and was extremely rude. If you truly don’t allow kids then please make sure it’s noticeable on your website going forward so other families don’t have to go through the same thing.

NOT WORTH IT. Stayed in the little sur cabin and it is nothing like the pictures. It’s very small with no place to put luggage or sit besides on the bed. The private fire pit was the only nice touch. Way overpriced for what you get.
