Hi Janice, My apologies for the delayed response. Your message got lost in the holiday shuffle, and we're just finishing digging out. Yes, a chuck roast would be the most common "Pot Roast". The most common options would be a bone-in "7 Bone" roast, or a simple boneless option. Hope this helps. Thanks.
