I had a phone that was supposed to work on the new 4G system, but it did not. I went to the Delaware AT&T store for help.The person who was working in the store, whose name is Sasha, tried to help fix the problem. He spent about a half an hour trying to convince AT&T customer service that I should receive a new phone since I had originally purchased the phone from AT&T. But AT&T said the free phone program had ended. So I had to buy another phone. I got it from Amazon, "ReCell". When it arrived I took it to the AT&T store where Sasha set it up and showed me how to use it. Sasha provided excellent service. If you need help in Delaware with a cell phone go to the AT&T store and ask for Sasha.
