I took my Father to Northgate Western Dental roughly two months ago for an exam. They determined his lower front teeth required extracting. My Father agreed to their suggested treatment plan and we proceeded with the extractions. We returned a week after to have him fitted for him new dentures. Unfortunately, the fitment was improper. We were told that his gum swelling would reduce and the dentures would then fit properly. We returned on three separate occasions for adjustment in an effort to resolve the issue. Today, 9/17/2022 we returned at 9:00 a.m for our appointment. Once again they acknowledged the dentures do not fit properly. We were then informed by one of their management staff that there is nothing further they are willing to do to help us. the manager informed us that the dentures they produce only have an 20% success rate. That's an 80% failure rate! Not only were we never informed of this verbally, it isn't notated anywhere in the documentation. I requested to see written verification that we were in fact, notified of this before the procedure. I was promptly denied written proof of being notified and was told there would be no further adjustments, apts, or dialog regarding our concerns. We are deeply disappointed with the experience we have had with Northgate Western Dental. It is my sincere hope that they will step up and do the right thing for my family.
