I made an appointment for 1015am, once I checked in it gave me an estimated 26 minute wait time. The single employee working was unfamiliar with the location and had difficulty finding the faxes order further delaying the services. A second employee arrived during the confusion to find out she too was unfamiliar with this location and had gone to 3 separate locations in one day to “fill in.” Over all I would say poor customer service on behalf of Quest Diagnostics and they seem to treat their employees poorly with inadequate training and scheduling. 10/10 would not recommend.

Worst experience. They are the only (large) game in town and your convenience is less important than your profit. They oversell the wait time and waste your whole day. Even the clock on the wall that shows your wait time resets after a half hour to make it look like you haven't been there too long. Appointments are futile. They have so many customers that you are not important to them. The attitude is that you need them, they don't need you. I was unaware that they do not take walk ins at 6:30. I went there and although there were clearly no appointments showing up, no other cars, the lady, Robbie I believe it was, refused to do my blood draw. I asked why If no one else is here? She said, well I have to open. Umm, excuse me but you opened 5 minutes ago. That is horrible customer service! She proceeded to tell me Rio Lindo opens at 7. I said, I have to be to work at 7. I could understand being turned away had there been appointments there, but there was no one. And their website is not clear about only taking appointments that early.
