The food wasn't great. We ordered a carne asada taco salad based upon pics we saw online and it looked like some nice pieces of meat. When we got it it didn't look so great and the meat did not taste good. Seemed a little overcooked or something

Good service. Alcoholic drinks are not priced on menu which does make it hard to figure out the cost of your meal till you ask. Good food and presentation and reasonable prices. Would go again

Yes
There is an elevator from the lower lot to the street level (roughly in the middle of the lot) then a second elevator from street level to the restaurant. Theres just a half block between elevators but it avoids the steep hill.
Brunch is actually breakfast menu items. They range from $4 to $15 with the average item being around $12.
