I was transferred over to internal affairs Officer Wilkie, badge number 16907, and i asked to file a complaint against another officer and a phone operator. He would not listen to what I had to say, and kept making up different reasons for why I couldn't file a complaint. I did a little research and discovered on the ACLU website that they had to file my complaint. I told him this and he was extremely obstinate throughout the whole process, wouldn't give me the names of the people I was talking to etc. I told him I'd call them again and get their names personally, and then call him back. He would not answer my phone calls. Luckily a good officer Sepuzda listened to my issues, gave me the means to file a complaint, politely answered my inquiries. Officer Wilkie is the kind of person that gives the police a bad name.

Chp Nguyen gave me a ticket for being in the carpool lane. Too bad he didn't see the reason why I was force to jump in carpool lane if the a hole didnt abruptly merge in front of me without using his signal causing me to almost hit him. Once I gain control and try to jump back in the third lane I couldn't because of heavy traffic. So no I have to go to court and fight the ticket . He made it seem like I was driving the carpool lane the entire time he enter the highway from Martin Luther king . Basically Nguyen like to ride in the carpool lane breaking the law himself to catch people he caught me as I couldn't merge over and he tailgated me hard to ensure I couldn't merge .
