I visited today with my son and front desk staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I'm paying for a membership I expect a friendly greeting and welcoming environment. There were no paper towels in the dispenser. I guess they were too busy on their cellphones and discussing lunch to even bother checking. I'll be cancelling my membership to join a different gym. The equipment was not clean

Black card membership is $25 per month versus the $10 per month. Black card perks are nice! Massage Chair, Hydro Massage Bed, tanning beds, etc.
They're very supportive and have the facilities and knowledge base to accommodate everyone
Slidell location said it will open, before the end of January 2018.
