I was in front of the section that had lap tops for well over 20 minutes. Not one sales associate stopped to see if I needed help. Made my mind up very quickly that I would not buy that item at this business. Sad times when no one assists you.👎

Best Buy is working in cahoots with Apple. Don’t bring your iphone here for repair ❌ will tell you need a new one, scam squad will not inform you of this. I know for fact the two are in on it because I wasted the time of multiple geek squad employees investigating this mystery

Nice people, easy to get help when you need it and if you look around enough there will be an expert on whatever you're trying to buy. My one complaint is with their online buying system with particularly hard to get items like graphics cards, because there is no message letting you know that there is a graphics card drop happening leading you to rely on third party communications to get the details and notifications on how to get one. I snagged a 3070 and 3060 within 2 months of each other by using this method and if anyone wants to know when the optimal time to get them is its from around 10am to 12pm every Thursday and within the first Thursday and last Thursday of the month.

I am not always happy with my visits to BB, this time was an exception. I think BB may actually be trying hard to retain knowledgeable staff. My experience was similar to a visit to the Apple boutique, where the techie knows you or asks your name, what your budget is and then tells you your options, not just the one and done option. Super happy about this experience and change for the better!!

Almost get the impression they don't want to shop in the physical store. When I was refered online in the store for the 3rd time I finally lost it and said why the hell should I even buy it from you then? This is my expected level of support? Hate to be that guy but it's always cheaper on Amazon and they can actually answer you. Pretty frightening look into very near future. I used to curse Amazon, now I actually think thank God for them. As for their workers, attitude is the nicest word to use, that's not me over there that way, who sent you here? I think this is it. Sure you can return it if it's not right... Oh no you can't lol 😂

I had the same experience and i made it well known once i got into the store.. Good luck they are busy as hell. I stayed on hold twice a hour at a time. So I went to the store they were crazy busy and other workers stocking shelves. Once ur their they are eager to take time to help u once they are available.
