I would like to thank American Chevrolet for proving such great customer service. I had an issue with my 2020 Silverado making a loud noise coming from the motor. I had called Smith Chevrolet in Turlock where I bough it and they told me that they couldn’t get me in until 2 weeks. Being this is my primary vehicle I needed an appointment asap. When I called American Chevrolet they told me to bring it in the next day. It was a pulley that was making the noise I dropped it off at 8:45am by 11:30am they called me that it was ready to go. Needless to say I will not be going to Smith Chevrolet in Turlock anymore.. I rather drive farther and get great customer service. Thank you again for prompt great customer service! You are all appreciated!

Today was a very hectic day with unexpected car problems. I didn't have an appointment and Carl in Modesto, CA was more than willing to assist me. He made the process smooth and easy. He was accommodating and extremely friendly. Car problems are always a hassle, but with Carl it didn't seem so bad! My car was fixed in just a few hours. Thank you so much for helping me. Our Parts Department is open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and closed on Sundays.
Our Express Service is open from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM on Saturdays and closed Sundays. Our Certified Service is open Monday – Friday, 7:30AM – 5:30 PM.
You certainly can make an oil change appointment, but they are limited. We typically have three appointment slots available per day for Oil Changes between Monday-Friday. These slots fill up well in advance. If we have appointment slots available, we ask that you allocate 1.5 hours for this service. Otherwise, our Express Service is first-come, first-serve Monday – Saturday.

Probably not most big dealers will only have older models if someone trades it in and if a car is over so many miles its normally brought to auction only know this cause I worked at a dealership before.
