Love it

Woman behind the counter was rude. She has Absolutely no business working on watches. She was unable to replace the battery on expensive Seiko watch. She left some very ugly scratches on the watch and acted like she could care less. BEWARE

Very well.

I came in there twice in the last 2 weeks trying to get my ring cleaned and to look at other items. I waited 15 mins and no one addressed me. Instead they helped someone who came after me. I even called the phone number 3 times to see if I could set up an appt and no one would answer the phone. The only employee that is amazing is Beverly, but she was not there both times I went. She always acknowledges customers even if she’s busy.

Thank you laura
Tina, what do you mean by previously owned?
Brad, thanks for your question. Yes, in some instances this can be done. Only if the manufactuer allows the breaking up of such pieces. Leo or Tolkowsky will not allow this as they use specific qualaties and cuts that are trademarks of their own designs. For the most part, center diamonds as well as sides stones can be altered ie: setting a larger diamond in center or changing side stones with color..sapphire, emerald or ruby.
