I've read the reviews for this post office and there are many improvements which could be made. The owner of this information should give updated hours of operation and give information relating to disruptions and or delays to deliveries. There's a package coming from Minnesota to this post office mailed on the 8 Sept 21 and last update is on 15th .. in transit, arriving late.... It's the 20th September 21 hurricane Ida was when??? Updates to service would be helpful

First time at this office. The two ladies waiting on customers were very nice. The gentleman that appeared (manager?) needs to pull up his big boy pants. There are supposed to be three customers in the lobby at a time. The reason I know this now, since I didn’t see the notice like, obviously, the others didn’t, is because the gentleman kept counting customers and whining to the ladies who were trying to help the customers that there were SIX people. That’s a fine policy. I have no problem with that. My problem is he should have stepped up and spoke directly to the customers stating the policy. Instead, he literally had a hateful glare staring at the customers and whined to the women who were trying to work until one of them had to stop and tell incoming customers. Kudos to the ladies, though.

Had an issue with my package not being delivered because of the blocked mailbox, went to post office to see where the package was and the lady behind the counter helped me and contacted the driver of the truck that had my package.. We moved the car and about 10 minutes later the package is in my mailbox Helpful and friendly
