It's 24 hours with separed hot room. You don't need any staff for service. All area is very hygiene and clean. More flexible for me to meet my available schedule.

HOTWORX offers members unlimited, 24-hour access to a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts. We do offer memberships and also individual sessions! Right now we our offering our preopening special of only a $10 enrollment which will lock you in at our founding member rate of $44 per month for the lifetime of your membership!
