They got almost our whole order wrong: 2 large Cokes, a large diet Coke, a small Lemonade, a large fry, and an ice cream cone. What we got: 1 large sprite, 1 large diet Coke, 1 medium Coke, 1 medium Lemonade, 1 ice cream (which is kind of legendary since the machines are usually "out of order." That's it. Then they were rude to us because we dared to ask where were the things we ordered. You would think being so close to the outlets, knowing you'll be busy because of that, you'd have better staff, but apparently not. Get food and drinks somewhere else.

I work late, I finally managed to get off a little early but was exhausted and needed food. I got to this location at 11:50 (supposed to close 10 minutes later) and the restaurant was empty, the drive thru was not communicating, I looked in the drive thru windows and nobody was there. Very disappointing. I work in restaurants hence my working late. I don’t get to close my restaurant early and my restaurant isn’t a flippin mcdonalds. You guys are supposed to be the example, the standard; but here I am starving because you were closed before you were supposed to be. And who knows how long they were closed. Now I gotta drive to a 24 hour one on the other side of town because I’m not gonna make it to a closer one before midnight. And with gas being over $5 a gallon I don’t like driving all over the place for food.

Waited at the counter for about 10 minutes. Finally asked if I could order something. The employee told me that I couldn't order at the counter I had to use the kisok. It's a shame there is no more customer service. Since I did not have a CC I I could not order.

The Ravioli (Zer0075)

I've go to this location a lot and everytime they get my order wrong I got the double quarter pounder with cheese meal I asked for the large and was given a small. I asked on the intercom did you get my large meal down and they added a quarter pounder sandwich. I didn't argue about it cause I'm pressed on time but never again just go to culver's they may have a long line but will make sure your order is right.
