We are looking at buying a home in the park. The area is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It is just my wife and I and our two youngest daughters. Our other children are grown and we are going into our retirement years. We're looking for a quiet friendly place to call home for many years to come. From what we've seen and from talking with Rhonda, we believe we've found the perfect place for us. Barbara and Rhonda are both very personable and knowledgeable and very welcoming. Rhonda was the one to showed us the home and the property. She told us all about the community there, as well as things to do in the area. Love this jewel of a park nestled into the mountains of French Gulch. Quiet living, nice people, beautiful park. I enjoy every day of living here. Thank you to the Great management (Rhonda) making sure park is always at its best. With our maintenance tech Eric keeping the property looking nice at all times.

Management is pretty terrible. Don't expect to be treated well if you move in. Expect unjustified rent raises and a park manager who will harass you over silly things nobody else on Earth could possibly care about. The area is generally quiet and nice in an atmospheric sense. Authentic mobile home park experience of lots of drug use and drunks sometimes though!

I have lived in Clear Creek Estates for 13 years, and have loved the calm beautiful environment that we live in. This past summer with the Carr Fire was of course the most stressful time. Without Barbara, our wonderful manager and her team doing the most intensive clean up of the park that has been done since I have lived here, we would not have had homes to come back to. Barbara is by far the best manager we have had in the entire time i have lived here. She is professional, upbeat, friendly and cares about our park and us as residents. I absolutely love living here and tell people all the time how wonderful it is living here...#gulchlife.....Curtis Chipley
