They took way to long filling my pscrption and it was not ready when they said it would be.Thank you for your feedback, Garrett. We upgraded to a new software system on March 17th and the learning curve is pretty steep for the entire staff. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Please rest assure next month will be better. When you decide to come in again, let me know so I can somehow make up for your last visit. We strive to have accurate and convenient service for everyone. This is one of the reasons we decided to upgrade the computer system. While this doesn't excuse the wait you experienced, I hope it helps in understanding why your prescriptions took longer than normal to get ready. Thanks again for letting us know.
