I have never had an experience this bad at any in-n-out burger place. I understand sometimes they are busy and can miss something or forget to put something in your order. They weren’t too busy when I stopped today and they forgot more than one item. The only thing they got right on my receipt was the Napoleon shake. I clarified my order at time of payment. When I got my order I told them my order was wrong and they took the food back to add the missing ingredients. Then when they came back with the food again it was still wrong so I just left. I won’t be going to this in-n-out in particular anymore.

Get a 3x3 Animal Style with fries and a root beer. You won't regret it. I love In-N-Out restaurants. Their customer service is the best in the industry bar none. Their food consistency is what brings me back every time. Thanks for another great culinary experience!
