Nice and easy place to do laundry, but I am another person who has noticed the smugness of the owner. She is very judgemental and I just saw her get upset at a CUSTOMER because one of HER machines was leaking. The smug look was in power mode. Not good for business, and a little side note......not everyone who thinks you are rude is a "Putin Agent" as you stated about another CUSTOMER. Go to business school, and maybe take a class or 2 on social interactions.

I am appalled reading the review of a gentle & quiet young woman who was waiting with her mother & support dog for her mothers laundry to finish. The dog being obedient & quiet. This establishment was filthy & run down but what was more disturbing is that this Ukrainian woman, the owner of said laundromat, approached her young patron & asked if the dog was male, then told her he was not allowed, they would have to leave. The young woman left without any reply to wait out in the sun with her support dog. Later, when the young woman left her review, the Ukraineian woman/laundromat owner accused her patron of being a liar & "Putins Agent". I feel insulted & deeply offended for this young woman. I think this rude buisness owner certainly is not "people friendly" as she claimed in her reply. That is not a "people friendly" way to behave nor is it appropriate for successful business management. To this forigner, i say... Go back to your own country. Coming to America & insulting Americans born here on our own soil is NOT acceptable behavior. It is extremely poor manners in a country not your own. Be grateful to be in this great country instead of being in Ukraine right now. Show your gratitude & love for America by behaving with manners that reflect that gratitude. I can see by her negative reviews that she has a habit of disrespectfully insulting her patrons by accusing them of lying & being Putins agents. I will not patronize this business & I will be sure to encourage everyone i know to go elsewhere to do their laundry.

The Laundromat is very dirty, she has gross old magazines you don't want to touch. The indoor outdoor carpet is disgusting. The atmosphere is very dark and dreary. All washers are set to cold water only. If she cannot keep up with having a laundry business, she may want sell. The whole inside needs to be remodeled. It really is disgusting! I find the female owner is out of touch with people in general. She is definitely not a people person. She walks around watching people and has a smug disposition look on her face... you really have to feel sorry for her. She really looks out of place to be here in Redding, California..

Avoid this place like the plague, I’m new to the area and was looking for a laundromat too wash my clothes. Washers are all set on cold when the machines are supposed to offer hot water. I was willing to let that go until I went to use the dryers and the machine was taking my money but not registering a coins. I brought it to the attention of the lady with the French cap on and accent and she said that’s too bad and no refund. She then proceeded to tell me that I have to wait a certain period for the machine to register the coins, by the time that registered the coins I had assumed that the machine didn’t work and used an alternative machine. I was just trying to be an honest customer, and the lady at the half door was very rude and very disrespectful for no reason. A blind dog can give better customer service. Avoid this place!
