The room was spacious and well appointed. Plenty of counter space in bathroom. It was quiet and we slept well. Good location if visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. Breakfast was adequate with several choices. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

I stay here exclusively when in the area. Rooms are clean, staff is extremely helpful. The rooms still have the smoke smell from the Dixie Fire but what can you do. As first responders, we stayed here when the staff had to evacuate the location and their own residences and they provided info on how things worked because they were not going to be available. Glad to see the same staff has been here for quite some time. Always nice to see familiar faces.

We really liked this place, though it was very expensive for a small town. Room standard motel, really, but fine. Staff wonderful, most appreciative of how helpful they were when we had a minor health issue. The town just barely missed burning down in the awful wildfires that devastated much of the surrounding countryside, and I'm sure they could use the business if you're thinking of heading to Lassen Volcanic Park. Please give them a try!

Less than an hour from Lassen Volcanic NP. I checked in right at 3pm so I could sleep and check out at midnight but the room wasn't ready yet and had to wait a half hour in the lobby.
