Met the proprietor of this mushroom farm at the Greensboro curb side market. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He offers a variety of edible mushrooms and also growing kits for oyster mushrooms, from Blue, golden and wild. Our mushroom kit is of the blue oyster variety and I will be posting pictures as it fruits. Their website is also very informative and has information and videos of how to be successful in cultivating you mushroom growing cube. If you're ever in the Greensboro area please seek borrowed land farm and get some education on mushrooms and purchase some fresh ones for consumption. Support your local farms. The pictures bellow are a seven days after purchasing the mushroom growing cube. I will update with pictures as the mushrooms progress. 10 days after purchase of the mushroom cube. Day 18 and we are close to our first harvest,

392 Jim McKinney Rd, Pinnacle, NC From the south (Winston-Salem), take US-52 north to the Pilot Mountain (town) exit, exit 134. Take the third exit on the traffic circle, going west on Hwy 268. Use the second exit at the next traffic circle to stay on 268. Turn left on Shoals Rd (2nd left). Continue on Shoals Rd for almost 2 miles, and turn right on Jim McKinney Rd. The farm address is 392, on the left after 0.3 miles.
