This is a picture of a 4 topping pizza; not sure where the toppings are. It was about a quarter of an inch thick. Frozen pizzas from the grocery store are better. The service was also non existent. We decided to give it another try since they have new management. We will not be back.

Ok yeah I'm done with this place. They have officially messed up my delivery order for the 5th time in a row. One time they brought my wife and kids meals and not mine. Other times they forgot half the meal or critical parts of the meal. I'm tired of calling them and having to watch my family eat while I wait for a delivery person to bring me my dinner, or the missing part of my dinner so I can eat it. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I will not be ordering from this location again.

I stopped by today as my car was getting worked on across the street at muffler doctor. Cat (Kat?) (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong) was such a delight. Everytime I have been in and she’s been working she has been so fun. She really connects with customers and makes you feel like you’re her friend. Just love her. This time however, I was not in for pleasure, but more convenience since I was waiting on my car. She assured me, as well as the rest of the patrons, that my car was in good hands where I went. She’s always so positive and fun. And when the shop called to tell me my vehicle was done- she arranged for a ride across the street for me from the sweet back up bartender who was changing shifts! I’ve always had amazing service, even when crazy busy and a bit of a wait, the staff is phenomenal.

Ordered via phone at 6:45 & was told my order would be ready for pick-up in 45 minutes. Got there at 7:30. They couldn't find my ticket. Several minutes later, they found the ticket and they hadn't even started my pizza yet. Once pizza was done, it sat there for another 12 minutes while waiting for my chicken and cheese bread to finish. Got home...my chicken order was supposed to have "regular skinny fries" but instead I got a small amount of their jo-jo fries (which I hate - reason I ordered the "regular skinny fries"). I told him twice when placing the order I had a "$5 off $30" coupon. I did not get the credit for my coupon. Normally, I love their pizza, which is why I go back. This is definitely not the first disappointment at the Lexington Carbone's. I hadn't been back in a couple months because of my last disappointment while dining in. This place is really going down hill. I think I'm done for good now. So frustrating!!! This place is poorly managed.
