They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. Every time I've walked in, there's no one available to cut my little boys hair. They don't speak.. you actually have to basically introduce yourself. One time I made an appointment to come back and get my little boys hair cut, came back at the time I was supposed to, once again wasn't acknowledged or anything at all, then waited a solid half an hour past the appointment time... Just ended up walking out and won't be back. I'll take my business to Great Clips from now on, where they're nice , polite and get the job done.
