The pool area was nice. The breakfast isn't the best but doable for a quick grab and go. The room was not very clean. Mold in the shower. The fridge storage door was broken. Bring extra blankets.

The lady at the front desk was really confusing when explaining the holding fee or whatever it was. The fitness room was closed when we were hoping to get a work out. The room was clean but there were two missing lightbulbs in each of the lamps and duck tape holding the bathroom door handle together. It was pretty noisy with having a room near the train so I would recommend getting a room on the 2nd floor if you can. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun going to Colossalcon and cedar point!

Positive: I love how clean the expensive rooms are! I love the Jacuzzi(when it works). The staff is nice, and helpful with minor tasks. However the room is nice and spacious. Negative: Weve been here 4days&2/4 days the jacuzzi hasn't been working. Thats why I picked this hotel. The pool & jacuzzi doesnt get backwashed. Staff wont look and see if they can be helpful.They gym is closed & Jacuzzi doesnt work. Thats false advertisement!

Awesome staff. My husband and I loved the staff. The room, however, was pretty awful. The pool was pretty gross and freezing cold, rendering it useless during the week. We could have stayed at a no-tell-motel but we wanted a pool. The bed was highly uncomfortable. The shower barely spat on us and left us feeling dirty after a shower. Not happy with it at all.
