Put in an order after closing to make sure i would have my product. Called the store, got told i would have my product after receiving a confirmation text for both the order being put in and that it was ready, when i got in i was told half my order wasn't available because they've just been putting orders together as we arrive. Whats the point of having an online order service when the items aren't even being bagged? The menu updates regularly, i put my order in IMMEDIATELY after closing so i know my product was there, and it should have been bagged and set aside like every other Despensery does. I waited for 2 hours just to get half of my order. Not the first time I've had a bad experience here either.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries to come to! The staff is always extremely helpful and polite (especially Zach). He gives great recommendations and moves the process through quickly. But I've also been to a few other ones and up to Michigan for purchases. They do get BUSY, plan for it! I always plan for at least an hour when going to ANY dispensary. I keep coming back to this one cause they know me and have really decent deals! Thank you!

This place always has the best deals for my medication and the best workers to help me with my needs. All the workers are super knowledgeable about all the products. They don't make me feel rushed at all! They take their time with me and make sure I have everything I need. I can't say enough good things about the workers...especially the security guard Nick. The way he looks at me just makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. He always tells me to have a good day and he just looks so handsome in his uniform. He really just feels my heart with joy. I would go back everyday just to see his face. Anytime I have ever had a problem with a transaction or a product the managers are AMAZING. Jess, Sage and Chris are the best. Why not 5 stars with all those good things? Well.. It's really upsetting how the workers are so stressed. I have heard things from customers saying that the upper management (above the managers I have mentioned) have no hospitality, no care for the humans that make the machine run. I am not sure if that is true, I really hope not. How could you not care about your employees in the cannabis world? How could you make your employees feel so low? Like I said, hope this isn't true. I feel like for 5 stars everything has to be the best. Everything needs to flow well. Everybody needs to love everybody. A big thank to call the workers there who have helped me. Not a great dispensary. If they're going to make people wait outside in the cold, the least they could do is keep the line moving. More than once did people have to rely on random customers informing them there was capacity for people to come inside as the staff would rather just sit comfortably inside while people needlessly wait outside in the cold. The lines, too, of course, make online ordering a complete joke, because once you got there, you still have to wait upwards of a hour. Overall, not a great experience.
