I had a tooth issue that required immediate care as I was in moderately severe pain. As has been the case in the past I was seen in a prompt manner later that day. The issue was assessed and options going forward presented. As is always the case the care at the CHCtr. Dental Clinic was first rate!

Waiting for bloodwork...an hour to draw blood from 3 people??? (The Doctors and nurses are excellent, just the blood clinic gets 1 star.)

First impressions mean a lot, especially when you're supposed to be trusting somewhere with arguably the most valuable thing in the world to you: Your health and well being. When that first impression is having an appointment scheduled 5 months in advanced completely cancelled because the line at the reception desk is so long that 10 minutes early turns into 10 minutes late, and the only "recourse" is to "Sit around and wait to see if someone no-shows" or reschedule entirely, well that doesn't inspire one with a lot of faith. Word of how terrible this location is run isn't uncommon knowledge, but this strong proof of it right from the get-go for a new patient is just disgusting. I fully realize the Cape suffers from a medical provider shortage, but that's no excuse for this kind of treatment. Especially when just about anywhere you go, your own doctor is the one who tends to be 10+ minutes late to your appointment anyway.

I know it your practice but why don’t you have male nurses or Med students if your worried about your nurses and older women volunteers getting hurt because spulding dose and there a lot nicer plus the Med students are so eger to learn that they will do the best they can

Hi Florence, We had have an imaging department here in our Mashoee office that is run through Cape Cod Healthcare. It is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Appointments are needed, and you can reach them directly at 508-539-6020. Thank you!

Yes, we can! Our insurance enrollment services are available M-F from 9am to 4pm. Since the start of the pandemic, we have been providing these services over the phone. You can call 508-477-7090 and ask for help with the insurance enrollment process and someone will be able to help you. Take care.

Yes there is, via Quest Diagnostics. They are open 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and close for lunch for a half hour each day around 12:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary, and you can visit our office at 107 Commercial Street, Mashpee. Thank you.
