was scheduled here for a stereo installation, was a 45 min drive showed up 15 mins late and the guy said he couldn’t do it anymore and that he already called his next appointment to come early which was clearly a lie as i was there for the next 45 mins and no one showed up “early”. instead he rescheduled me a month later!! great service.

The service here was outstanding. I knew little about what it was I needed and a young man led me right to the two items I was looking for, showed me the choices and explained the pros and cons of each. He was an enormous help! And the young lady at the register was very sweet. A perfect experience! I would highly recommend this location! Very nice!

It's okay, bestbuy won't work on computers or laptops that they didn't sell, I find that to be complete garbage, money is money and they definitely have the tools to help you, it's pure negligence, they also run out of stock for long periods of time regularly, but buying online and shipping to the store is decent.

If I had to guess based in the numbers it would be a ink refill subscription. Essentially (I'm NOT 100% on how this works ) you MAY have signed up for it where when your printer is low on ink best buy will automatically send you replacements to your door and just charge your card (something to that effect). It would have been something you signed up for at the store probably.

They will replace batteries but they ship the phones out to have it done. I was quoted 1-2 weeks to have it done
