Today I went thru the Dunkin Donuts drive thru @ Nagel in Avon , Ohio. The young man , not only made me their best Signature cake batter latte , he honored my TMoble Tuesday $ 2/- gift card . So I got their Signature Latte for a steal . Thanks Dunkin Donuts & T Mobile . Namaste 🙏🏻

I was so impressed by the customer service I had to come leave a review. I went to this location in the morning for coffee and was worried it would take awhile due to the extremely long line. However they got through about 10 cars every quickly and when I ordered the girl sounded genuinely kind and upbeat. I know everyone is very understaffed right now but the staff here was still quick and kind!

After placing an order at 8:35 pm for 3 dozens and paying for it online.Got to the shop at 8:52 and they tell me that they don’t have any donuts of any kind!! What kind of store don’t have an update on their application for what they have. And it happened to me before same location but through the drive through at 8:20 pm.

Super great, very friendly. Did something I wish all places did, checked to see if I had everything including silverware, then gave me another set of silverware just in case. That's what customer service should be.
