The clerk, Toina, was extremely nice in the return department. Although Cole's policy has changed since covid that returns can only be accepted up to 90 days she did give me a store about your credit for the items that I took back. I appreciated her having an alternative for the money that would have been lost which was about $60 but she gave me the present cost of the items in a store card.
