Terrible experience. The front desk staff is very inefficient and does a poor job at making appointments. I was booked with a provider who was out of town. No one called me to tell me, and when I arrive for my appointment no front desk staff were present. I had to wait about 15 minutes to even chat with the front desk staff. When I finally spoke with a staff member she shared that the person who booked me made an error. Besides that situation, front desk staff have previously made errors while making appointments in the past as well. In the past, I have even waited over 30 minutes to see the front desk staff to check in. By the time I was able to check in and d chat with the front desk staff, it was 30 minutes past my appointment and this caused me to miss an highly needed appointment. In addition to that, one of the the providers even laughed at medical issues. I have also been given incorrect information from providers concerning test results and treatment plan. Dealing with this clinic has been a nightmare, and the providers have handled my requests for referrals poorly. It’s has been almost a year and I still have not received proper care/treatment plan for a medical issue. I have even made several requests for referrals and have experienced providers not submitting my requests for referrals. This is the worst clinic I have been to. I would not recommend it at all. I have recently called my insurance to switch to seeing someone else. Each time I come I am disappointed with the care I receive. I have even overheard security staff complaining about the clinic. One security officer even let me know she plans to quit due to poor management. My experience here at this clinic has been nightmare.

My last visit was very fast and efficient, Mellissa Real is the best! All staff was very helpful and they have an Express care now! Way to go East Valley, they have done such a wonderful job and have come a long ways!

Doctor De Artola has been our family doctor for more than a decade. He and Elsa are the best! I appreciate the level of care you receive on every visit. From starting out with one of his well schooled interns and then having the doctor come in with the intern and both sit down and collectively come up with the best treatment plan for whatever discomfort that brought you to the clinic. Just when you thought things couldn't get any better, Elsa is there to follow up and make sure all your prescriptions and referrals get processed in a timely manner. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

We have been going to the Pomona location for 8 years and they have really done a great job providing quick and friendly service. I really appreciate not having to wait an hour or longer when having an appointment. They get you in more quickly now. The clinic is nice as well. Great change!
