This place has the most caring nursing, cna, and activity staff but the worst place to visit, administration only cares about itself and forget about seeing a doctor. The doctor parking is the best spot and empty for the two weeks my family member was here. Phone system and food need a huge overhaul. The building is old and needs repair. If you love yourself or your family, find a different rehab facility!

My Dad went for short term rehab during period when Covid would not allow us to visit. We were told he was doing very well and gaining strength and skill with walker. They kept trying to get us to commit him as long term nursing home resident and it was a struggle to get him discharged. When he was discharged he was so weak, has lost ~20 pounds and couldn’t walk. The staff was grossly negligent and dishonest about his progress and status. Please do not send your loved ones here if you can avoid it.

My father resided at the Pavilion for a little over a year before passing away. He was treated with kindness and respect despite his sometimes difficult behavior. He had dementia due to his illness. I witnessed first hand how he treated the ladies who were trying to take care of him. I was embarrassed for him and them. That was not the man who raised me. However, the ladies took it in stride. They did their jobs to make sure he was cared for the way they would want to be cared for. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a safe and caring environment for their loved one! Thank you to all for a job well done!

Don't ever put anyone in here!!!! My father went in after he fell and developed pressure wounds on his feet that went untreated!! His wound doctor in FL was appalled at what had happened. One of the wounds eventually caused an infection in the bone of his foot. Doctors tried to remedy the situation with bypass surgery on the artery in his leg and it ended up being what killed him. If I could prove that Pavilion didn't take care of his wounds the way they should have I would be rich 😡😡😡 And you generic response does absolutely NOTHING to remedy the situation!!!!!!
