I was strongly recommended to go there by the out cape center after dizzyness episodes. I was very surprise by the effiency from triage to the end. After 2.5 hours medical test, xrays ans scan everything was complete. Staff are very friendly and pay attention. I receive complete instructions for medication and folow up. Thanks to Dr. Vercollone, Kyle, Danielle and other staff crew i miss their name.

I was seen today after a foot injury. From check in to nurse to doctor to xray, everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Highly recommend if you have the need for Urgent Care.

Dr.RalphDeLorie MD is the worst MD i have ever met. (Been a nurse for 26years). Here on vacation although we own 2 homes on the Cape and have been coming here for years. We are healthy. Unfortunately there was a knee injury and he came into room did not identify himself, did not ask for consent to touch my husband . Did not explain procedure for needle aspiration. Did not allow lidocaine a chance to work. Used 16 or 14 gauge and only got out 10cc. Awful experience. Don’t like to judge someone on the Spectrum but if this is his disability maybe should be re-educated frequently on how to present to his clients. Will recommend the practice but will tell everyone to refuse care from DrRalph DeLorie!

I was there with my sister and her son to get results and the stuff was giving us hard time. Especially a woman on the desk with the computer. I was trying to help my family with English language as translator and an assistant didn’t want to listen me. That’s ok. She got another translator. After that she said I have to step outside to wait for my family. I felt as discriminating on me. I don’t want to discredit other workers at this Urgent Care but what happened today was definitely unacceptable.

Hi Jill - you do NOT need to have insurance to be seen. You can go as a "self pay" patient and will receive your bill in a couple weeks. We do ask for a down payment of $100 which gets deducted from your total bill, but you can pay a lesser portion if needed.
