They honestly are the rudest shop I have been to in the N.C. area. The “I could not be bothered” energy is horrible. You feel like you are a huge bother the second you have a question for staff. I took some new players to this shop to get some new cards and I felt horrible for doing so. I had to assure them multiple times after we left that the “elitist” attitudes of the staff there are an exception not the rule of an LGS. Please.Do.Better. You staff NEEDS customer service training.

Second that. Gamers Guild is a superior game store. I go out of my way specifically to buy there, 'cause the advice, opinions, and customer service before and after purchase are worth it. Also their events (especially MTG Draft) are amazing.

I'm not a 40k player myself, but I know there's 40k organized play. I don't know what level, prize support, army point limit, but Garret the owner would be more than happy to answer your question in more detail via phone, Email, or the store FB page.
We have a small but dedicated player base for Digimon with events every Tuesday at 6:30. You can join our NC Gamers Guild Group Page on Facebook to communicate with those players and keep up with upcoming events and product. Hope to see you soon!
For seafarers we have the main box, and the sea robbers scenarios. The 5/6 player extension is sold out but due back this week or early next.
With covid we haven't been allowing DnD groups to meet in store. However, if you join our NC Gamers Guild RPG group page you can post there and would likely find a group easily.

We do not currently buy Pokémon singles. If you bring them to our shop we can at least help you assess their value and possibly tell you some selling options. If you want to research on your own I'd suggest www.tcgplayer.com or www.trollandtoad.com for the most current pricing.
People do Plat but the player base is in Flux at the moment due to deployments and people pcsing from the area. We are hoping with 2.0 coming out next week that we will be able to add it back to our weekly schedule soon.
