I went for an inner ear infection, and was meet with a very pleasant receptionist at check-in. The nurse taking vital signs was also very pleasant and a positive attitude (keep in mind I arrived 45 minutes before they close). The Doctor was excellent in explaining what he seen in my ear and what he could do, he did say that I would need to see a specialist. To All the Staff hat I came in contact with while in this facility, You guys were the best...

Staff and doctors are great. But they do not reinforce the rules when there’s signs saying masks required and you ask them about it and they don’t make the patients wear a mask.

Staff and Nurse are unprofessional and selective in enforcing policies depending on the person. Bedside manner very lacking and it’s evident that employees have little training on how to interact individuals with special needs. By far worst medical establishment I have ever seen! And I’ve worked in healthcare for 10 years! If I can put less than a star I would!

Very nice staff, they were busy so I expected a wait. Will definitely come back if needed.
