Very good. Limited capacity that they keep a head count on and enforce, mask requirements, hand sanitizer that they get you to use directly when you go in and other general cleaning and social distancing requirements.
They do not buy or sell Pokémon cards to my knowledge.
You could probably just go to the store directly and ask if they are hiring.
