Love doing the MST segments. This one is a local favorite with stream crossings, lake views, an old tobacco farm, one of the largest trees in the area, and not too many people.

Starts in the mountains goes to the ocean but it doesnt take you through all trails you have to walk the road or have someone pick you up and go in through another way. But for the most part it's all hiking. You can look it up and find out where all it goes it does and doesnt there are spots you come out at the road either walk the road or catch a ride to another section from what I understand.
