Pond has clear and warm water...there are bathrooms, picnic tables, grill and playground for kids.

I love the Pond. Amazingly clear fresh water. The group of 70 family reunion visitors seriously took away from the enjoyment. On any normal day can be a fun and relaxing experience. Very small beach area....

Depends on how clear you want it. We were able to see stuff when we went recently. It is a pond though.
