Very prompt, courteous and efficient service. Second time I have called on Bugrunner to get rid of wasps nesting in or too close to the house. Danny also quickly honored his commitment to return at no additional cost when some of the remaining wasps that had escaped the first extermination relocated to another side of the house. Would definitely use again.

I called The Bug Runner because they were highly recommended and they have exceeded my expectations. Doug arrived and treated my severe yellow jacket issue. Fred came the next week and treated the entire perimeter of my house. No yellow jackets or crickets in my house anymore. Their quarterly treatment plan is very reasonable. Very polite, courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend The Bug Runner!!

Intitially we started off great with Bug runner, moving into our new home and knowing the previous owners had a rodent problem and the guy Joe who came out was great and we signed up to get quarterly visits. He left and since then this service has been horrible, having technicians coming to our home with an attitude and not having anything to put in the traps, asking my husband for peanut butter to put in the traps when that should be provided and then since we had none, he put traps out without anything in them. What's the point?? Then after a year of service, we realized we had termites. DO NOT use them for if you have a termite problem, their termite technician, Larry, is not professional at all. He would write off a lot of our questions and always seemed inconvenienced by us. They also made us pay a good amount of money for a specific amount of traps to be put out and they missed one BIG one, which is where we saw the termite activity and then when we asked for money back they refused, even though our house could have been seriously damaged because of their negligence. Safe to say we're going with a different company now. If you have simple issues I'm sure they're fine, but if you need a quarterly service/termites go elsewhere.

No. Same as other service I used. Also had better spacing of visits with choices of what kind of service I wanted.
Call in and ask for Doug. He'll give you the best advice for what to do.
