This is a local place that has been here for decades! It always feels like going "home" here; it's clean and we'll decorated. They serve GOOD food at honest affordable prices! You have to try a burger, not a better one for miles and miles!!!

Drove up from the valley to meet family from out-of-state for a quick lunch and it was well worth the drive. Susie, our waitress, was attentive and patient with us as we asked questions about the extensive menu. We started with the homemade white bean soup which was no kidding just like our mom used to make. My sister had the shrimp, I had the fish and chips, and the other two had sandwiches. All excellent! We finished off with a piece of pie that was homemade and an excellent encore to a perfect lunch. I don't know that I would drive 90 miles for lunch. But the next time I go to Prescott I will definitely stop by to see the the folks at the Blue Hills Cafe! Thanks for making our simple lunch a memorable event.

It is more of an all American diner rather than the current foodie Cafe. In that light, you will enjoy a sizable menu with all the options normally seen at diners. You will find friendly knowledgable staff to answer all your questions. The food is served hot. Coffee appears to be brewed throughout the day. By the interaction of staff and some patrons it would appear that many are local return customers. The prices were about the price of most fast food chains in the area. The food was good. The portions were sizable. Overall a great experience. If you are near, give yourself a treat and stop by.

This is a small restaurant that does a good business, so you might have to wait, but it shouldn't be long. The service was very quick and friendly. The food came out quickly. We had breakfast, which is hard to wreck and ours was very good. As of this review, prices were very inexpensive.

This is probably not the best place to get this answer. As others have said, it would be best to contact the family. I will say, I don't think they have a high turnover rate for jobs. Employees who work there tend to stay for years. Good luck with your job hunt. If you were to get hired by Blue Hills Cafe, I think they will treat you well.
