All they want to do is take your kids and play with your kids life and not care it's been a year and I've done everything I'm supposed to do nowonder they have no staff everyone is quitting they are a joke. And they are not helpful at all this is the worst county to deal with the system they waste your time. Y'all need to do your job and stop just trying to get a pay check y'all are a joke!!!!

I’m only sharing my experience with Tracy, the Medicaid Eligibility person for Yadkin County. Tracy is extremely rude and unprofessional. You can’t even call and ask a simple question without her cutting you off mid sentence. She has a very bad attitude for someone who is supposed to be willing to help you. I highly recommend you call or go to a different office if you truly want help.
