East West has been my home for the last 6 years and Lord willing I will have the honor of working for them for the next 26 years. They have treated me like family and I have no complaints. I have carried a CDL in my pocket for the last 30 years and Ive seen a lot of dishonest,even reprehensible folks in this business. These folks are nothing like that. They actually care about people and do what I believe to be their level best to be fair to all in every situation. There's no way that I would still be in the trucking game had I not found East West. Dispatch will do what they say and say what they do. They will get you home like no other company I've ever dealt with and have given me pay increases to better than industry standards without being asked to compromise safety or integrity to get it. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work for a company that works as hard as I do to make sure I have everything I need to be successful at work and happy at home. You couldn't run me off .
