I have been hesitant about doing this, but I would like to share my own personal experience about my mother Ruby cook that has passed away on June 5th of this year at the Taylorsville house. The staff was phenomenal with her from the day she moved in, cause I know my mama gave them a hard time at times. As she was passing staff was in and out checking her, praying, and making sure she was taken care of through it all. Melissa was there for me every step of the way, when my heart got to heavy and I needed to step away I know she stayed well past 16 hours to sit with my mother so she wasn’t alone. Every phone call text message and every single question I had was answered and when my mother passed Melissa was there with me after another long shift, i fell into her arms, and I found comfort in a complete stranger that I didn’t know at all but I trusted her 100% with my mothers care. I recently paid a visit to the Taylorsville house to drop off some donations for Christmas because it was heavy on my heart to do that and I just prayed I would see some familiar faces still working there. While there was a lot of new faces, Melissa was there and I broke down in the foyer of Taylorsville house once again in her arms. I could not of asked for a better place for my mother to have been when we could no longer care for her at home. During visits the staff was so kind and always laughed at the jokes I would make no matter how horrible they were. If you are looking for somewhere to place your loved one I 100% recommend the Taylorsville House. While all staff there done amazing caring for my sweet mother, I can assure you Melissa will go above and beyond for your loved ones care!

The staff is so compassionate and you could not ask for a better care manager she goes above and beyond to keep me informed and always answers any questions I have. Her interaction with not only my husband but all patients there is astonishing!
