Got my boyfriend in relatively fast (2.5 hours) once arriving at the emergency center. Staff were relatively friendly and helpful. People in the waiting room were being rather disrespectful and I believe the staff handled the situation the best they could. They were at full capacity and were doing their best to get people in. I’m grateful they got us in so quickly & my boyfriend was able to receive surgery. I wasn’t able to be there with him at first, but even when kicking me out due to COVID, the staff were rather nice:)

I see why this place has such low ratings. I've never in my life seen a more unhelpful group of people in the face of an emergency. If you're not being harassed at the door by the bouncer (Security I assume). That aside, they are more worried about a consent to treat form being filled out. I think the arrival by ambulance was consent enough. This facility lacks a sense of urgency and has a huge problem realizing that they are supposed to be here to help someone. I won't even go into the details about CT or being admitted. This place is literally a zoo. A circus if you will. No direction and definitely 0 leadership. Hopefully there isn't a next time, yet, if there is I'll ask the ambulance driver to take anywhere else first. Follow-up. 5/30/2022 -The hospital has now only replied to this review. I called the number listed the same day I made my review and left a voicemail along with the next day, weeks ago. I never received a call back... If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Just left this hospital after sitting in the emergency room for 5 hours, not only was my wife screaming of pain the entire time we were there. We never got to see a nurse once, only thing that was consistent in this hospital was being told I couldn’t stay in the waiting room with my crying and screaming wife. My wife and I have worked in the health care Field for 10+ years, I have truly never seen a hospital run so terribly. I asked multiple times how long and all that was said was they haven’t opened up any rooms. You may read this review and say this is just someone complaining. I can tell you that I spent 5 almost 6 hours coming in and out of a hospital every 10 min to make sure my wife was okay, meanwhile the entire staff is behind the glass laughing and joking loudly. I watched 8 people leave the ER after 4 hours of waiting with no nurse and no updates. We then came to the new facility on battle ground for Cone Health and were greeted by multiple nurses, as well as the doctor within 10-15 min. All the staff here was confused about why we waiting 6 hours to be seen. This hospital needs some changes, this review is only the first place I begin.

I sat in the emergency waiting room for 3.5 hours to received a total of 4 stitches in my finger. When I arrived at emergency there were 2 patients waiting in front of me. Over the next 3.5 hours the place filled with individuals with COVID. Instead of taking me in and stitching my finger they came out in the lobby and re-dressed my wound 2 times because I was bleeding through the bandages and on to the floor. It only took them 20 minutes to fix my finger but I waited 3.5 hours in a room full of COVID patients. Their system is BROKEN!

So sorry about your wait. We service quite a lot of people and the wait can be long sometimes. We also have some of the best medical staff ever and I hope that it was worth the wait and your treatment was good. I pray you a speedy recovery
Did that friend not have a ride? Hospitals are for providing care not providing transportation home.
Regardless of a situation u have to be professional especially in the health department
No. The only Urgent Care is on the campus of Moses Cone Hospital
It depends on the unit the patient is on. Most visitors come between 9am-9pn
What are the rules as far as people get to see family
They have dedicated floors for a specific injury/disease.
